The Path to Better Care
Graphic Novel
A 24 page graphic novel for College of Lake County, that follows three characters working in the healthcare field and explains the importance of diversity and inclusion in medicine. This novel was used to promote the PATH Grant (Pipeline for the Advancement of the Healthcare Workforce Program) which offers financial support to help future nurses, paramedics, radiology technicians and others receive affordable training and get to work fast.
The Path to Better Care graphic novel has won two national marketing awards:
